Morning everyone, WOW - I’ve checked the scales twice and still says the same .. things I’ve done this week .. 1 .. another week of no BAILEYS ? 😭 2 .. done more cardio at the gym 3 .. most of all , drinking more water 2-2.5 litres a day.. compared to what I use to drink 2 glasses ? 5.. cut my calories a day by 400 .. so on about 1200-1400 a day ..
