berat badan awal nya turun cepat, trus jarum timbangan kagak arah kiri lagi. ya stop aja diet dulu gue 2 minggu. skrg mulai lagi diet lagi. jadi tubuh di relex dulu.jadi diet lebih happy.yang penting selama cuti diet berat badan stabil jarum timbangan nya.
130.1 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
