I did it! Again, the weekend was a little harder but I put my mind to it and I stayed within my points. I tried a home version of egg rolls that was just fantastic. i think my new favorite website is foodnetwork.com, you just have to make sure to click on healthy eating. next experiment will be with sauteed shrimp! yum!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Have you ever tried the weight watchers fried rice? Actually it is called easy fried rice? Delicious! If you are interested I can send it to you. Keep up the excellent work! It is worth it!
