Went to a concert yesterday and ate a lot of junk because I didn’t feel like eating healthy and being the friend on a diet while being there.
This morning i am surprised and delighted to find that I didn’t gain anything. I didn’t lose, but i also didn’t gain. I think it’s because i ate very healthy in preparation for yesterday. I am very glad it helped a bit.
