Pretty good week... alittle challenge this past weekend as the kids were over and cooked big dinners both saturday and sunday.... did pretty good but the yummy salad dressings and butter on the veggies got me, i think..... did get to the gym both days over the weekend which was great.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
