Neustart. Einen Monat nicht getrackt - viel gesnackt - die 69 nichtmal gehalten.
Ich versuche es nun mal anders.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
