Something’s not right here. I went completely off diet at Thanksgiving when my kids arrived and just yesterday started again. Gallons of egg nog, beers, ice cream and pastries...and beers - no way I only gained 6 pounds. I know, an odd thing to complain about...but, damn!

Don’t have any symptoms to suggest that something else is going on, so will pay closer attention now and be guardedly thankful.
260.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
