Hmmm 3 days & 0.5-0.6 ^
not sure if 50 cal increase from 1150->1200 and macro change from C 41% ->44% Fat 33%->31% P 26%->25% OR finishing bottle of Garcinia.
Guess I have to ride with this for a week or two before recalculating with less carbs at this new higher weight.
Has anyone else had any experience with Garcinia cabogia?
