I didn't lose much this week... crossed over the dark side this weekend. But I'm back on track. Still feeling good about myself and starting a new goal...15 more lbs. by May 15th. Wish me luck!
170.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
