I had a VERY good week this week. Started off with V8 in the mornings for a few days. Kept portion sizes smaller, and didn't go too crazy on the candy, candy, candy (or cookies). Have had a fruit or vegetable portion every day. This is just the jumpstart that I need to start feeling better!!!

I am SO excited - just need to keep it up!
312.2 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 127.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Good luck :) sounds like your plan is the same as mine. Cutting out junk food and adding in healthier foods at smaller portions. It's a constant struggle but so worth it!
