boo! I was NOT on course the past four days, it's amazing how fast two pounds comes back! I need to keep my cheating down! I've just fallen back into some bad habits. Still doing boot camp though, and it is going really well. I just need to focus on doing my workouts and diet together. I don't know what it is with me, I can eat well but then not work out or work out and not eat well. Need to find a balance. today im back on track, let's keep it that way!`````````````````````````````````
135.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Isn't it frustrating! You work so hard to get the weight off, and it goes on so easily! Glad to see you are back on track!
