📌低碳Day101~68.7(-11.2)
昨天太晚吃。可能都是規定的食物
所以沒胖。。開心撒花
本來今天要2點才能吃
不管了。餓了就吃12點開吃
151.5 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
