I do not like the smell of juiced vegetables. That strong chlorophyll odor does nothing for me. I've noticed this before going into Jamba Juice. I guess its the wheat grass. No matter! I plan to power through!
I'm taking daily pictures. Unflattering ones without the shirt on. All I can wonder is how I got so out of control. I see my father in the mirror and I don't want to go out like he did. He passed away this year and was a physical wreck in the end. His last gift to me may be his best. A peek at a future I'd rather not have. Like Scrooge, it's time to make some changes.
