Today marks 5 weeks on Keto and I’ve lost over 16 pounds!!! I’m leaving for vacation this week so it’s the last time I’ll be weighing myself until I get back. I’m slowly adding carbs back into my diet because they make me feel ill. But I know I’ll want to eat everything while I’m gone! So here’s hoping I don’t gain it all back!
