I seem to be losing at least 1/2lb per day. It sure is motivating to see the numbers go down in the scale. This diet is so easy for me to follow, I am allowed most of my favorite foods. I love cheese! My biggest downfall is wine. I had some champagne with my lobster on Valentines day, but still lost 1/2lb the next morning. So far wine has been my only cheat. I bought some of those keytone tester strips. I think they will be a big help in figuring out how many carbs I can eat and still burn fat. My plan is to stay under 10 carbs per day until I lose at least 10 lbs, then try 20 carbs and see what happens.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
