Two days ago I tried the sugar drink, six cubes in 700ml with correct timing. At first I felt full and a bit sick, but after visiting the gym (maybe that didn't help) I felt ravenous. So I ate quite a lot. I could not get the oil until late last night, so I will be trying that today. Fingers crossed.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Welcome to the crazy world of Shangri-La. -My first issue with the sugar drink was that it made me feel sick. -My second issue was that I discovered that if I exercised after it without eating first, I felt starving. This is because my blood sugar bottomed out. I'm not sure if this is what you did, but it could be what you experienced. -Remember to drink the sugar water slowly. Yuo can wait teh hour, down the ELOO all in one gross gulp, and wait another hour before tasting. For the Sugar water, you really should drink it much more slowly...like sipped over the course of an hour or two, tasting nothing nothing but the sugar for an hour before that period and an hour after. That tkes a long time, but I must admit that while I'm doing it, I'm not at all hungry. -Last thing, I'm not sure how the metric measuremrnts convert but remember to calculate calories. Most people have good success starting at 300 to 400 calories depending how much they have to lose. That's a lot of sugar but not so much oil. So check out the amount of calories in those cubes, you may not have had enough. -Good Luck!

thank you for taking the time to comment on my problems. I will definately follow your tip of sipping the water over an hour rather than half an hour, because I have been having a hit and miss sucess with the sugar.
