I continue to play with the same 3 or 4 lbs, loosing and regaining them. I am frustrated with myself because I think I have done well with my eating but get on the scale each day and see it go up and down a few ounces. If it continued to go down it would be ok but it doesn't. However, the first question of the challenge reinded me that I have not been exercising every day for at least 30 min. Try again...
