It's been awhile since I've been on here--my new job has taken a toll on me physically and emotionally. I am starting the diet over today and will try to stick to it from now on. No excuses.

Good to see you back! I hope things get easier with your job. Congrats for recommitting yourself to your health! That's what it's all about - learning to keep going despite the setbacks. You can do this!
