WOW! SIX pound sin 5 days!!! WOW!!!

What a difference. I think I will keep it up. I exercised 3x a day for this week plus ate bfast and didnt eat after 7pm. Whoot Whoot!

I feel good, I feel great, I feel wonderful!
183.8 lb Lost so far: 70.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
