i haven't even been trying to lose.. i hate to admit that!! i haven't really been changing my diet at all really still eating some junk just no where near as much. but hey I'm not complaining! i was doing the body vi shakes but i got so sick of the same tastes everyday haven't had one in at least a month and a half! but still losing just being more active with my 3 kids and exercising more :)
