I always weigh myself in the morning and I've noticed that my weight fluctuates a lot (2-3kgs sometimes) after I weigh myself at night time before bed. Is that normal?
119.7 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
