I admit I delayed weigh-in from last night till this morning to allow for some of the monthly water weight to go down. When I entered my numbers last week I anticipated a huge psychological boost when I got to put in a lower digit in the tens slot for the first time on this journey. I look at it now, and am just glad my weight is lower than last week considering how many cravings I had, and that while I stayed within my official calorie allowance, it was by the the barest hair compared to the several hundred below of my regular diet, and that I skipped three days of exercise in favor of spending the time instead with my heating pad. Waist measurement back to pre tummy trouble 34”. Hip measurement down another quarter inch to 43” exact.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
