感謝老天耶。。。沒多太多
MC經期最後一天沒胖反瘦👍
飲品來半瓶椰子水。。爆碳喔!
晚餐吃一大碗牛肉湯
感覺。。有蕃茄會胖@@
滷菜一堆醬油膏@@
好不容易69穩定了.別激我阿!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
