3.1 miles walked today in the sweltering heat and humidity....UGH Index a solid 9....the only saving grace was the cloud cover. Can you say, "wet dishrag?"

I bought some nice strawberries at the store yesterday, so I'll be having some smoothies this week....nice change of pace.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

UGH at 9 - this I understand. Maybe a nice cold strawberry smoothie will revive you. BTW I did not ask for your rain - why did you sen it to me?

Thats hot...we were supposed to get some rain but its only drizzled..I've been buying some strawberries for DH..he loves them.. Have a great evening...:O)
