Great day yesterday! Ate well and kept things under control. It was good and started the day with a 3.2 mile run! Felt wonderful to do that at the beginning of the day.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
