Just noticed this. I’m still eating added calories via sugar I know bad calories. I’m an addict I know it and have done very well with my other vices bower took some time sooo I’ll keep trying. Today is a new day 😃
176.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
