體重一直降不下來,
真的是生活型態有問題
每天加班到晚上8-9點,
回家只剩吃飯、睡覺
胃飽飽,真的都沒有消化,
整夜消化系統都沒休息
唉!
122.6 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
