Today was a good day for me. The only snacks that I had was 2 bananas. I did treat myself to a white hot chocolate. For breakfast: chicken biscuit and tater tots with ketchup. For lunch: chicken stir fry with lo-mein noodles. I know I didn't exercised yesterday, but I will do today.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
