Have been introducing 1 meal per day with my fruit smoothie regime. The pounds inevitably return with the addition of solid foods. Watched "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" on Netflix the other day, and I think I'd like to get a real juicer to do a true Reboot.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
