昨晚運動完回家吃的藥燉十全排骨鍋好像補過頭了🤣吃了3大碗😜今天開工,飲食要來調整一下了😜過年吃飽飽但睡眠嚴重不足沒胖到,反而倒數2天睡飽飽也吃飽飽才胖🤣🤣🤣

飛輪50分鐘—>消耗250cal
瑜珈1小時—>消耗200cal
拳擊有氧50分鐘—>消耗650cal
