低碳Day72~70.9(-9.0)
看吧就是外食的結果😑
今天索性呵第一次防彈咖啡
沒有神奇的有精神
但有比較耐餓.
幫家人煮飯竟然沒餓。1點吃第一餐
晚上本來不吃,一有想法
馬上煮咖哩雞已經8點多了😩
飽到半夜1點多😥
156.3 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
