驚覺胸型變阿嬤奶了
大量脂肪不見
真的要吃油一點了😰
魚不夠油。肉也不夠肥
159.0 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
