低碳Day50~72.7(-7.2)
終於可以喝咖啡了
因為喝咖啡就狂咳
起起伏伏檢視吃的食物
可能吃的蛋白質不夠油
吃太多奶油鮮奶油類
下午吃燻茶鵝一大盤
夠油了吧呵
160.3 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.8 lb a week
