低碳Day45~73.8(-6.1)
今天量真的大爆炸(+1.7)
我得花2星期補了😰
今天恢復正常低碳吃
體重看能不能恢復正常
晚上做了好吃的蛋糕
還有試吃奶爆的可可奶酪成功
162.7 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 26.2 lb a week
