低碳Day43~73.2(-6.7) 咳到快虛脫了,被台南市空污打敗 本來都在室內。才接觸2小時 就被嚴重汙染過敏感冒了 11點多第一餐便當菜。 剝皮炸鱈魚😂。黑咖啡 看了醫生,5點多就吃晚餐 夜市時間吃了火鍋。一些鹹酥雞 燒烤雞屁股。雞翅。雞腿 喝了黑咖啡一直狂咳 12點太晚睡有點餓。明天再說😊
