低碳Day42~73.3(-6.6)
早餐一片麵包配雙色起士
再一大盒菜,一塊三層肉超飽
早上分裝2.7公斤起士,好可怕的量
5點吃晚餐配魚腸,配蝶豆花鮮奶油
菜太少6點再吃兩盤菜
這兩天重感冒,吃了很多藥
還有愛克痰,這個好甜應該爆糖了
明天10點才能吃第一餐
盡量16小時再進食
161.6 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
