低碳Day38~74.3(-5.6)
開始增加體重,吃到糖類了
要試喝所以喝一口拿鐵@@罪惡
不然就是沒吃到好油
163.8 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
