低碳Day37~73.9(-6.0)
體重狂升。真的是滷味害的
滷味裡都有糖。
寧願吃炸的不吃粉皮。
可以吃炸雞皮,炸雞排吃的飽飽
也不能吃滷的或烤的=都是糖
162.9 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 10.8 lb a week
