吃魚腸煎蛋太飽了沒吃生酮麵包
有撐16小時才吃早餐
中餐不餓下午吃一些菜。炸魚
晚餐吃素食火鍋菜
今天三杯咖啡,水喝太少
MC終於結束,終於買到鮮奶油了
162.9 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
