低碳Day33~74.3(-5.6)
吃了早餐,又忘了中餐
晚餐大吃歡樂牛排吃到飽
滿滿的我都可以吃
好開心好多蔬菜。好多肉
MC快結束囉
163.8 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week
