低碳Day25~75.3(-4.6)
吃了一口麵包
今天代理公公去吃辦桌,
滿滿的蛋白質超讚,但菜超少
下午3點開始一直忙
隔天擺攤的準備工作
到9點才吃火鍋,再吃一點堅果。
166.0 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
