低碳Day14~77.4(-2.5)
好像發現起士不對
馬鈴薯澱粉加太多了
所以才沒瘦反胖
170.6 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
