低碳Day11~76.6(-3.3)
下腰圍有變小一點點
吃了生銅蛋糕配起司
應該要配生菜,不然感覺都沒瘦
中午吃虱目魚店菜
還有一個肥肥魚蛋@@魚腸
168.9 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
