低碳Day6~77.6(-2.3)
第一次做生酮麵包分光了
吃四片配兩杯咖啡太脹@@
晚上吃薑母鴨煮高麗菜沒飯
但隔天必沒瘦哈哈哈
171.1 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
