Its soo hard trying to maintain a diet,This time I'm seriously sticking with it with no cheating.I've cheated pretty bad this week.I would of lost more weight if I would of just stuck to my diet.Its just so hard when you have so many temptations around.But if I want to be 125 again I've got to stick with it no matter how hard.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
