309.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

up a little, some of which is definitely muscle. I'm on day 14 of a 30 day 50 squat per day challenge. 25 squats in the morning and 25 in the evening.
