been on atkins 3 weeks, lost 6 lbs the first week and nothing since. i need to keep closer track of what I am eating.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I find that if I am not loosing anymore weight by the second week, I eat more carbs. Not sugar or bread or anything like that, just add in things with higher carbs like veggies and cheeses. It works for me!

I try to add more fat. I think you just need to play around with what will work for your body. Im definitely not losing as fast as the girl in the commercial...but wouldnt it be nice ;)
