After 2 days in San Francisco eating crepes, chocolate covered orange peel, chicken curry & lots of things not part of the low carb plan, I am back home & back on the plan!
116.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
