Family visiting... too much partying :) have only a vague idea on what I have been consuming... stopped running altogether...
Mid year resolution: Run every other day... towards goal of daily + start Bikram!
Reduce smoking to 5-7 a day... then more.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
