Made it through the weekend. Was having MAJOR food cravings last night. I am so glad the weekned is over. Back to work and limited amounts of food to temp me. Was reding the book again and remembered why to avoid caffiene as it can cause sweet cravings. What is a diet coke addict to do. One vice at a time.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well done for getting through the parties! I know, that thing about the caffeine is a pain in the backside, but look on the positive, at least you are losing not gaining. You are doing FABULOUS ;)

I have thought a lot about switching to caffiene free drinks but I am not ready to take on that addiction yet. Carb addiction now caffiene later (a little later). Everyone thank you for your comments they are all really appreciated.
